Bridges over the Carquinez Straits: Looking due west from Dillon Point, the three (yes, there are three) bridges span the Carquinez Straits, linking Crockett to the south and Vallejo to the north. The Zampa Bridge (the suspension bridge) just opened in May 2004, and is part of the Bay Area Ridge Trail AND the San Francisco Bay Trail! More artichokes are in the foreground.
